If you encounter issues with the A/C after installation, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
1) Check the Wiring:
The A/C control in the Honda Accord is managed through the CANbus protocol.
XTRONS’s units come with a CANbus box and two wiring harnesses for dual-zone and single-zone A/C systems.
Two ports from the CANbus box should be connected to the back of the XTRONS unit.
Select the appropriate harness for your vehicle's equipment level. Connect one end of the A/C cable to the CANbus box and the other end to the A/C ports of your Honda Accord.
2) CANBUS Settings:
Navigate to Settings > CAR > Factory Settings.
Enter the password 126, then press OK.
Select "CanBus" > 116 ACCORD_7 (DaoJun).
Important Installation Note for Front Speakers:
If you experience no sound from the front speakers, please check if your original factory radio is equipped with a separate black amplifier box (as shown in the installation guide). If this black box is present, it is crucial to reconnect it to its original connector during the installation of the new unit. This step is required to restore the audio signal to your front speakers.
