Replaces Club Car 1019094-01, 101909401, prior 1016511 (1992-96 DS), and legacy 11094/19094/190941, crossing Kawasaki 39076-2054​ (FE290/FE350 OEM reference). Specs: 12V DC, series in coil primary, fixed cutoff ~3400-3600 RPM (non-adjustable), 2-wire in-line, black flame-retardant ABS/PA shell, epoxy sealed, ~2×2×3in, 0.24lb. Match old stamp 1019094-01​ before order.
• For Club Car DS & Precedent Gas (FE290/FE350, CW Rotation) Engineered for Club Car DS Gas 1997-2008 (FE290 9HP / FE350 11HP), Club Car Precedent Gas 2004-2021 (FE350D)​ — Kawasaki-licensed CW-rotation engines only.
• Fixes "Bog at Top End", Sudden Misfire Past Mid-RPM & No Top Speed Resolves limiter faults: cart pulls fine to ~3400 RPM then "putt-putt" cuts fire, won't climb past mid throttle, old limiter resin cracked from heat cycles. Internal RC timing drifts or potting fails. New limiter restores factory cutoff curve. Test old: scope primary at WOT — clean spark then abrupt drop every few hundred RPM = limiter active; no drop = limiter dead or bypassed.
• Series Into Coil Primary, 2-Wire Plug or Splice Disconnect negative battery, locate limiter in harness near coil or ign switch (often zip-tied to frame rail), photo wire colors, cut or unplug 2-wire inline, insert new limiter in series (direction-agnostic for 2-wire AC-biased primary), secure with tie wrap away from exhaust, reconnect battery. Critical:​ this is series in the primary circuit​ — if your cart has no coil primary wire (electric cart, or aftermarket CDI bypass), this part does not apply.
• Confirm Club Car Gas + FE290/FE350 CW + 1019094-01 Before Ordering This limiter has 2-wire in-line, 12V primary series, fixed ~3400-3600 RPM cutoff, 1019094-01 stamp, and fits Club Car DS/Precedent gasoline carts with Kawasaki FE290/FE350 CW-rotation engine. Before ordering, photo old limiter and confirm (1) 2-wire, (2) Club Car gas cart (not electric), (3) FE290/FE350 engine, (4) stamp 1019094-01. Applications outside this scope (Club Car electric DS/Precedent, 1992-96 DS using 1016511-only, E-Z-GO, Yamaha cart, auto/moto/snow) use different limiter numbers and are not covered.
